LONG-TERM RESIDENCY PROGRAM IN ESTONIA FOR BUSINESSMENS AND THEIR FAMILY

The European Union is opening its doors to a limited number of businessmen and their families, do not miss your chance to build your life in Europe. Also, this program is the cheapest opportunity to live in europe. The aim of the program is to attract businessmen with high entrepreneurship to Estonia and strengthen the Estonia economy. Therefore, the program is based on a commitment to be made with a company to be established in estonia. We would like to explain below what the program steps we tested for our partners and ourselves.

STEP ONE REQUIREMENTS

Customer’s service agreement, authorization to perform on behalf of the customer in estonia at Estonia authorities and estonia government registrations, copies of the customer and family of the customer.
Determining from which embassy or consulate in estonia will be processed by the customer (all important processes will be conducted here).
Color photo of the applicant 5 to 10 pieces (for american you for passport).
Cv showing the customer’s education and businessman profile.
Apply for e session card (all forms and documents on this subject are created by our estonia office and made by our office representing the customer).
The application made for the e session card is result in approximately 1 months. The e- identi̇ty card created on behalf of the customer is sent by the estonia immigration administration to the embassy of estonia which was previously selected by the customer, and then card will be sent to the email account we created on behalf of the customer.
An appointment for the customer is made by our Estonia office from the embassy selected for receiving and activating this card.
Our customer personally goes to the Estonia embassy with its original passport on the appointment date and time, receives e- identi̇ty card from the relevant officer, gives fingerprint and actives the card.
The first step wi̇ll be successfully completed in this way.

STEP TWO REQUIREMENTS

After receiving the e- identi̇ty card, this card is sent to the Estonia office for company establishment on behalf of the customer.
A name and subject of activity has to be determined for the company that wi̇ll be established on behalf of the customer in estonia. The subject of the company must be compatible with the personal cv which has been previously given by the customer.
A limited company wi̇ll be established and registered by our Estonia office on behalf of the customer. (our Estonia office is an authorized office for company establishment by estonia government)
Our offi̇ce in Estoni̇a wi̇ll open a bank account for the company that was established. (generally, lhv bank)
2500 euro money is deposited by the customer to the company account to show the company’s account is active. The customer can use this money whenever they wish. (the company established should look active during the period of residence. The customer must show actively with 2-3 invoices a year, as if the company is doing business with other companies its owner. The company is 40 euro.)
In the second stage, it is completed with the establishment of the company and starting working.

STEP THREE REQUIREMENTS

A project is created by our estonian office on how our client will contribute to the estonian office and the european union.
The file created by our Estonian office for the client is submitted to the independent evaluation committee along with all its attachments.
It is decided by the independent committee that the client will work and reside as a businessman in Estonia for 5 years.
The decision will be sent to the email address created for the client. The client will be requested to apply to the selected embassy together with the following documents. The client will translate all the documents into engli̇sh through a notarized certified sworn translator and prepare them with our support. (-1, see list of documents).
The list of documents prepared by the client is checked by our office. If there are no shortcomings, a repeat appointment is created from the large embassy that has been selected for the client.
The whole family will have these prepared documents ready at the embassy at the date and time of the appointment along with the originals of the passport. The fingerprints of the family members are taken and the documents are delivered.
Within a week or two, a five-year long-term residence permit card is issued for the applicant and his family and sent to the embassy. All family members will go to the embassy and receive the cards. The whole process will be concluded with success.
